Legal
Website terms
Draft — pending legal review. This document is a working draft prepared alongside the website. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and should be checked against your actual data-processing arrangements before you rely on it.
Scope
These terms govern your use of moragbilling.com. Use of the Morag Billing application itself is governed by the separate written agreement between us and the customer organisation, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Using this website
You may read, share and quote this website. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or submit forms in bulk. Enquiry forms are for genuine business enquiries.
Information on this site
Product descriptions, screenshots and figures shown on this site are illustrative. Screenshots use placeholder data and do not represent any real customer. Nothing here is a contractual commitment to a specific feature, price or result, and we may change the product or this site at any time.
Free billing health check
The health check is a good-faith analysis of the data you choose to send us. It is not an audit and carries no warranty. You remain responsible for your own billing and for any decisions you take based on the analysis. We use the files only for the analysis, keep them confidential and delete them afterwards.
Intellectual property
The Morag Billing name, brand and the content of this website belong to us. Downloadable material such as the monthly billing checklist may be used freely inside your own organisation, but not resold or republished as your own.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
