Draft — pending legal review. This document is a working draft prepared alongside the website. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and should be checked against your actual data-processing arrangements before you rely on it.

Who we are

Morag Billing provides billing, reconciliation and revenue assurance software to telecom providers. This policy covers the moragbilling.comwebsite. Personal data held inside the billing application on behalf of a customer is covered by that customer’s own agreement with us, where we act as a processor.

What we collect from this website

  • Details you submit. Name, company, email address, phone number and approximate customer count, plus anything you write in a message field.
  • Submission context. The form you used, your browser user agent and the referring page, used to attribute enquiries and to detect abuse.
  • Aggregate analytics. Page views and conversion events through Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not build a cross-site profile of you.

We do not use advertising pixels, session recording or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to send you material you have asked for such as the billing checklist, and — only where you have ticked the consent box — to send you the monthly newsletter and occasional product updates. Our lawful bases are legitimate interest for replying to a business enquiry, and consent for marketing email.

Who processes it

  • Resend — delivers notification and confirmation email.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides aggregate analytics.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active commercial conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Files sent for a billing health check are deleted once the analysis is complete.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email hello@moragbilling.comand we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
